SARAH BOND, M.A., PCC

As a nonprofit leader for over 20 years, Sarah draws from extensive experience in leadership, emotional intelligence, and team formation. She has been coaching individuals, leaders, and teams for 15 years and holds a Professional Certified Coaching (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Simpson University, CA, and an M.A. in Urban Studies, Community Development Concentration, from Eastern University, PA. Sarah has worked internationally and domestically with human trafficking prevention and restoration projects, as a professor of nonprofit leadership, and with teams and volunteers who serve as advocates for children in the foster care system.

Her passion is helping leaders leverage their unique strengths and tap into emotional intelligence to unify teams and transform communities in innovative ways that bring healing and hope.

Sarah is a wife, mother of two boys, vocalist, yoga enthusiast, and avid reader. She will forever be found gathering people for travel adventures, book clubs, and intentional conversations.

Her current goals are Spanish fluency and learning new hacks for camping with growing boys.
